Birthdays [photography of special occasions]

There’s nothing like a 60th birthday to bring everyone together.  Siu Ming turned 60 a little while ago, and Annie was in on the surprise to have a photography session on the day.  Tiffany and her hubby George came up from Melbourne, and Tim flew in from Hong Kong.  I love it when people think well now we’re…

Oh Siu Ming your comments make me smile! We did have a nice afternoon together, didn’t we? I’m so glad what was a yucky ‘family portrait’ became a special memory marked by beatiful photographs. Thank you for being willing to say yes to the idea, thrust upon you as it was. I’m really touched that you’ve made the point that I’m professional and that you’d recommend my services, that means a lot to me. Yes, I would love to work with anyone that would like to have fond memories of their life documented in photographs…thank you Siu Ming xx

Initially I was not over-joyed with the idea of taking a family portrait to mark the occasion of my 60th birthday.

‘What is the big deal of taking photos?’ I asked myself.

However, in the end, I found that I thoroughly enjoyed it. Most of all, I very much treasured the opportunity for us, as a family, to gather together, chat, laugh and pose for Beth to take the photos.

The bonus is of course the nice photos that we now have to remind us of that wonderful afternoon together as a family.

Beth is very professional in her approach and I highly recommend her services to anyone who also want to have fond memories of their life.
