 You’ll notice the posts have waned in the last few days….that’s because I’m winding down here in Berlin. The last jobs have been completed, and I’m now in packing and saying good-bye mode. This trip has been ah-mazing and I can’t believe how the time has flown. All the best!  Berlin is full of modern day ruins. Where many cities bull dozed old buildings to make way for the new, in some cases in Berlin that just didn’t happen. Namely because there was no money to knock down and start again. So now the city is an ecclectic mix of old, new and everything in… Totally, Sara it would make an amazing place for a movie for sure. Brilliant pictures and an extremely inspiring place. My fav one: the one with an armchair. If I were to shoot a movie, it would be there. Kerstin is my final Berlin…  A glorious afternoon/late evening was spent this week with my group at Viktoria Park in Kreuzberg. It’s one of the higher places in Berlin so once you’re up there you get a great view over the city. It’s been raining a lot here, so we felt rather blessed that the heavens behaved. Another great evening…  A little bit of bloggy love from my niece Lauren and my nephew Angus today. We had a skype chat – their mum, my sister Heather, perhaps made the potentially fatal error of not pre-warning them at 5:30 in the afternoon that TV was going off and a chat with Beth over in Germany was…  Oh I love doing these Berlin Portraits! Never heard of the playhouse, but as I am having a baby soon as well, your thoughts stand to venture into new areas. I reckon kids learn here early to have self-confidence, show their emotions and stand up in front of others without fear. Cool idea.
