 ‘Allo ‘allo. Back to the Can Can. Back to family, my hair stylist, my dentist, my familiar world. But not for long. Just long enough to get my camera sensor cleaned, to reconnect with my niece and nephew, to buy a new chicken for my sister. (The dog got the old one). Then off to…  I’m here in Melbourne for a few more days and tying off some loose ends. I’ll be back here in September. The late afternoon light has crept in and raked across this gum tree. The Brand Clinic specialise finding solutions in branding, marketing, sales and distribution for their clients in the food and beverage sectors, but primarily in the wine industry. Ah…it’s a mysterious thing, arriving at the final destination. You would think, looking at this video, that the written content was complete and as you hear it now, before we shot the images. It didn’t quite roll out that way… Emma has been exploring various themes in her… Oh you say it so well Emma, staying open is the key to the collaboration indeed. I think we are both very good at that – the flow of ideas goes back and forth until we massage the piece to a point of completion… I do love working with you my dear you are amazing!! See you in Spring time so we can continue the collaborative adventure xx It is so wonderful to work with a photographer like Beth, she has such an intricate eye for visual language. Her photos tell stories I could never write on my own and I love how she captures beauty in every frame. There’s always so much love in her work. I think that staying open is the only way to collaborate effectively – you never know exactly what will happen, you just have to be ready to recognise and capture it when it does. Something Beth does very well. Hurry up and come back from Berlin please, I’m ready for more! xx Yeah…thanks Haley it is very well written isn’t it. Love it ! great work you two x  On Saturday a second fundraiser event was held for the lovely Lisa. Lisa is fighting her cancer head on and to continue the fight she needs financial help. Like last time, in February, I came along and captured the story of the fundraising day itself. Held at Bundoora Park Heritage Village, this event attracted more… Thank you so much Kelly! It was a great day and the vibe was so terrific, it was a pleasure to capture it all. Amazing what some people can put together. xx Beth, this is amazing, what an incredible tribute. Recently she had very invasive surgery and yet today she still made a stellar appearance at her April fundraiser. This will become an annual event held in February. A sneak peak from today of Lisa with her parents Carmel and Shane. More soon…  Time for fun and relaxation in my world…the bunnies are lined up, ready for action. A visit out to my friend’s farm, a chat with the cows, what more could you ask for? Happy Easter! Xxx
